1. What is your minimum order?
   The minimum order is $75 CAD before tax.
   
   
2. Do you have a store that we can visit?
   Murray Fireworks delivers value to our customers by keeping overhead costs low. We achieve that by offering a free delivery system. In most areas your order will delivered within 3 business days. Our website features more products than any other store, while allowing our customer to view the effects in video. An ideal fireworks shopping experience!
   
   
3. Do you ship to the USA or Internationally?
   We do not currently ship outside of Canada.
   
   
4. Are there specific times of year I may order fireworks?
   Murray Fireworks offers free year-round delivery of fireworks anywhere in Canada. Every region and municipality have different rules and regulations regarding when fireworks may be used. We suggest contacting your local fire department if you are unsure.
   
   
5. What is the "no-dud guarantee"?
   We do not sell old or recycled fireworks from trailers or tents. Because we strictly control the handling and conditions in our distribution facilities, we stand behind our products. In the rare event that you receive a device that does not function properly, we will immediately refund your money for the item. No questions asked.
   
   
6. How are the fireworks delivered?
   We use Loomis/DHL for delivery. We suggest using a daytime address such as a place of business or workplace. In the event that the courier attempts delivery and no one is present, a note will be left requesting the customer to call the depot and arrange for a specific delivery time. Under no circumstances may the package be left without someone.
   
   
7. What are the methods of payment? Can I pay C.O.D.?
   Murray Fireworks accepts VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Canadian Transportation regulations prohibit C.O.D. delivery of fireworks.
   
   
8. Are the fireworks safe?
   Murray Fireworks sells fireworks tested and approved by the Government of Canada for consumer use. If device directions are followed, and common sense exercised, our fireworks will deliver a fun, exciting, and safe event.
